All clients are required to confirm their appointments at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Clients will receive a call or email from our customer service staff a week before their appointment to request official confirmation. Any appointment which has not been confirmed by a client at least 48 hours prior to the service will be cancelled. If a client should confirm an appointment and not attend said appointment, a fee may be applied to that client's account equal to half the cost of the scheduled service. Fees and cancellations are subject to the salon staff's discretion.

Bounce Hair Boutique requires 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a client does not cancel their appointment and does not attend said appointment, a fee equal to half the cost of the scheduled service may be charged to their account at the salon's discretion.

Appointments may be confirmed or cancelled via email or phone.

If you should encounter the answering machine while trying to cancel or confirm your appointment, a detailed message will suffice and will not require further contact unless requested by the client.
