What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule or miss my appointment?

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment anytime by contacting the salon via text. In the event that you miss your appointment or cancel/reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your booked service fee. This is given to the stylist to compensate for their lost income.

If you are late to your appointment, the service charge still applies to the time scheduled for the appointment. It will be the stylists individual discretion what they can accommodate in the remaining time of the scheduled appointment. The client will be billed the full scheduled time. In the event the stylist can add additional time in order to accomplish the service, the client will be billed for the the original scheduled time and any additional time added.

In the event that you are ill, please give us as much notice as possible. Please avoid not showing up and not calling as appointments cancelled due to illness are NOT subject to the cancellation fee, however cannot be rescheduled within 3 weeks of the initial appointment
